Delivery & Postage

We send all our orders by Royal Mail. Options available are 1st and 2nd class parcel, or 1st class signed for. We recommend using the signed for service in case of any problems in transit.

How much will your delivery cost?

The cost of posting your order is based upon the total weight of your order. You can get a quote for postage before proceeding to the checkout by entering your postcode into the Estimate Delivery Panel in your shopping basket and selecting your preferred method of shipping. (A £1 handling charge is added to all deliveries to cover packaging).

Do you deliver overseas

We deliver worldwide. International orders are sent by Airmail using the International Royal Mail Signed For Service.

Can my order be delivered to a different address?

Yes. If the delivery person cannot deliver your order, a card will usually be left giving instructions on how to arrange redelivery.

Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, call us on 0333 323 8979 to arrange for a pre-paid label and mail bag to be posted out to you.. The returns exclude items that have been personalised. Our Customer Service team will give you a quick call to arrange payment or refund of the difference.

When you return goods, we recommend that you retain proof of posting from your shipper. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive.

When will I get my refund?

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of receiving your return.
